I’m Sandra Davis. With 30 years of cross‑sector insight from education, senior leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology, I’ve worked across the systems young people are now expected to navigate.
From music to software engineering to education and school leadership, I’ve built a career across sectors.
Each pivot taught me something vital about purpose, resilience, and what young people really need to thrive.
I built OneBigNext® because too many young people are being left behind - without employment, without hope.
OneBigNext® is designed to help teenagers and young adults move from education into meaningful careers and independent adult lives.
